CONTENT
This talk is a hoot.
Based on Bret’s book about Google Reviews, Not Bad For A Carpark, it’s a laugh-out-loud collection of the comical exchanges between customers and businesses that are up on the Internet before people have had a chance to cool down.
It’s story-telling, but all the stories are 30 seconds long.
When is the customer right? When is the customer unreasonable? It’s a gentle philosophical exploration of generosity, expectations, customer service and acknowledgement.
Some poignant moments in amongst the ‘what on earth were they thinking?’ But essentially, pure entertainment.
format
A keynote, conference talk or cameo. Colourful graphics.
Well suited to a closing session. It’s humorous throughout and leaves people on a high.
